30 ft with bowsprit, 6 berth, rare aft cabin model (quarter berths), new sail as of 2016. Surveyed April 2017 with excellent results. All 04-05: DSC,VHF, GPS (interfaced), Fishfinder, Raymarine autopilot(05/06), catalytic marine heaters, shower sump pump, fire extinguishers, twin gas alarm, all 06 s/s deck hardware, (old nasa type log and depth).
In 2011, I spent over €15,000 on updating this boat. Major overhaul of engine and new Hurth gear box installed, also replaced windlass Lofrans motorised installed, new sump pumps, s/s handrails to replace old wooden ones, remade the cabin doors , replaced window glass, replaced most of the nav lights and rewired most of the original electoral wiring, stern tube refitted, new deck drains, new tabernacle for mast, new exhaust pipes, new sheets for sails,new sails main-sail and foresail installed in 2015 ( Tan colour) .Again 2016 spent 16,00 euro in professional boatyard in rebuilding the boathouse roof and doors along with installing Bow-Thrusters .

4 cylinder BMC 36hp 1500cc, fully reconditioned in 2011. New Hurth gearbox as of 2011, new stainless steel shaft as of 2003. Recent service history. Engine room acoustic insulation replaced 2005. Hull and rudder sacrificial anodes replaced 2017 and all wired to anodes. Stern gland repacked 2017. Starts and runs very well, no smoke at start up or while running. Runs very economically. Twin batteries. No play in shaft bearings or steering gear (checked by surveyor)
Heavy GRP. Original iron ballast removed and replaced with lead in 2005/2006 at a cost of €500 - lead much cleaner and heavier meaning less volume. All packed tight and fixed in place with stainless steel strapping and screws.
Forward V berth and convertible dinette in open plan cabin. Galley with cold manual water and 2 burner gas cooker with oven and grill. All gas lines installed by registered installer. One gas/12v fridge not operational. Fire extinguishers, fire blanket, smoke and gas alarms. 2 new catalytic marine heaters, new headlining and sidelining installed in 2006. Enclosed head with wash hand basin, new sea toilet and new shower sump pump installed 2006. (note - no hot water system fitted, the heads are self draining to new sump pump). Fully enclosed wheelhouse. Aft quarterberths. Lots of lockers and storage. Full sets of glasses and crockery in their own storage brackets. Full standing headroom throughout.
Motor Windlass (Lofrans)( new 2011), Houdini hatch (new in 2006), Mahogany mast base redone in 2011. All new stainless cleats, fairleads, eyebolts, bollards, bottle screws in 2006 at a cost of over €1000. Stainless guardrails. Full set of fenders and boat hook. New Vetus window wiper. full walk-around deck with ample room forward for rope/anchor work.
Aluminium mast and boom. Tan coloured head sail and mainsail as of 2016. There is a mainsail cover bought new in 2007. There is a unused storm jib new in 2007. Shrouds are all in good condition. Chainplates/eyebolts and bottle screws were replaced in 2007, are stainless steel and massively over specification.
