We are delighted to present this lovely example of the ever popular LM 27, 'Annie' has been extensively upgraded by the current owner since he took ownership of the boat in 2020. The boat is powered by Beta 25 engine which was new in 2020/21, and has just 85 hours and has been recently serviced ready for the 2023 season.

The boat has a great inventory including a Quick Bow Thruster, Lowrance Elite 5m, Radar reflector, Raymarine Autohelm SeaTalk, Humminbird 150 SX fishfinder, Standard Horizon Eclipse VHF radio, Full Cockpit Cover and more.

The boat will be lifted out in February 2023 for antifouling, new anodes and a polish.

Berth at Portland Marina is available to be continued to the new owner.
