Mabona is a Leisure 26 cruiser built to the mould and specification of its well-known Oyster 26 predecessor. It has a fractional rig and a transom-hung rudder with a draft down to 1.6m.
The boat is fitted with a Volvo Penta 5 inboard engine that has been fully refurbished and fitted with new alternator, starter, impeller, thermostat etc. in the last year. The saildrive has been fully refitted with new gaskets and seals. The standing rigging and all lines have been replaced in 2024.
The design has sleeping accommodation for five/six people, with a double "V"-berth in the bow cabin and two straight settees in the main cabin and a quarter deck berth. The recently serviced head is located midships on the port side. A full boat survey has been successfully carried out in 2024.
