1982 Etap 28 fin keel masthead sloop rigged yacht in very good condition. Its very clean and watertight.

Very comfortable easy to sail and stable on the water due to the double hull foam sandwich design.

Forward double cabin and with double and single berths in the galley.

Stanchions and guardrails replaced and stern boarding ladder added 2022.

Comes with spinnaker, a couple of main sails, and a furling head sail.

18hp Volvo Penta engine since 2005 with limited hours (original only had 13hp). Serviced in 2022 and again at the end of 2023 season.

Garmin GPS, onboard VHF, depth sounder and speedo.
Berthed at present on Waterford marina.
