The Cornish Crabber is an enthusiasts boat. An unashamedly traditional copy of the working boats of these islands, she sports a substantial gaff cutter rig complete down to her Jackyard Topsail (or should that be up to...?). Flush decked, sitting headroom below and with minimal modern conveniences she simply oozes character.
A very traditional boat, rigged as original, without winches, all blocks are ash faced with stainless cores and most ropes are synthetic but traditional “Hemp look alike”
These boat details are subject to contract.

"Le Moulin Vert” is a very good example of the well respected Cornish Crabber Mark 1 class. She benefits from having been recently re-engined and having 2015 sails that have been very little used. The Crabber Mark 1 combines the traditional look and feel of an old gaffer with the reduced maintenance of a GRP hull and a modern diesel inboard engine. “Le Moulin Vert” was carefully laid up ashore under a heavy winter cover 3 years ago and, consequently, is in excellent condition.

A beautifully presented Bermudan cutter-rigged example of the Crabber 24, fitted out with the earlier teak finish with a warm internal feel and boasting the larger 2GM20 Yanmar diesel auxiliary engine option.
Simpler and better sailing, with less maintenance than in the case of the gaff rigged version, with their wooden spars, the bermudan version utilises
aluminium alloy spars and this particular example has recently been re-outfitted with Selden reefing systems to both headstays for reliable sail handling too.
